Abstract
A 6 years-old male patient with scrotal hypospadias for whose previous surgical correction had failed underwent urethroplasty using everted saphenous vein graft for the very first time in literature. Postoperative course of the patient was uneventful except three urethral dilatations and single scrotal fistula which was closed spontaneously.
