Abstract

A sixty-one years old women with T2NlMo (stage 2B) breast carcinoma treated by conservative surgery had a high blood level of CEA during adjuvant chemotherapy.Rectal involvement was delected by PET-BT and her rectal carcinoma was treated by low anterior resection. The time between two operation was 2 months. A stage 3 (pT3N2Mo) adenocarcinoma of rectum on 8 cm from the anal verge was found. Her treatment has been continued since 17 months..

Özet

61 yaşında sol memede Evre 2B (pT2NıMo) meme kanseri tanısı ile meme koruyucu cerrahi uygulanan kadın hastanın kemoterapisi sırasında CEA yüksekliği saptandı. Yapılan PET-BT de rektum kanseri tanısı kondu veaşağı anteriyor rezeksiyon uygulandı. İki tanı arasındaki süre 2 ay idi.Evre 3 (pT3N2Mo) diferansiye adenokarsinom tanısı kondu. 17 aydır tedavisi sürmektedir.
