Özet

21 yaşında, sağ elini kullanan bayan hasta; baş ağrısı şikayeti ile nöroloji kliniğine başvurdu. Nörolojik muayenesi normal (asemptomatik) olan hastanın radyolojik incelemesinde total korpus kallozum agenezisi saptandı. Kallozaİ disgenezilerle birlikteliği bilinen dismorfizm, eşlik eden merkezi sinir sistemi patolojisi ve epileptik nöbet gibi tablolar saptanmayan hastanın klinik ve görüntüleme bulguları tartışıldı.
