Abstract

A case with Fuchs heterochromic iridocyclitis and angle recession secondary to the trauma underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. Postoperatively, intraocular pressure could not be controlled even antiglaucomatous medication and he underwent trabeculectomy and intraoperative mitomycine C (0.2 mg/ml) application. In this report, the case and results are discussed.

Özet

Fuchs heterokromik iridosikliti ve travmaya sekonder açı resesyonu bulunan bir olguya fakoemülsifikasyon ile travmatik kataraktı ekstrakte edilip göz içi lensi implantasyonu uygulandı. Cerrahi sonrası göz içi basıncının medikasyonla kontrol altına alınaması üzerine trabekülektomi ve mitomycine C (0.2 mg/ml) uygulanması ve sonuçları tartışılmıştır.
