Abstract
Fifteen patients (3 female, 12 male) with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) were investigated retrospectively for determining the clinical significance of immunophenotyping in adult ALL. For this purpose, reactivity with monoclonal antibody in lymphoblasts against B-cells, T-cells and myeloid antigens was controlled in pretreatment period. Seven and 8 patients were found as T-cell and B-cell ALL, respectively. Myeloid antigen expression was found in 5 cases with T-cell ALL. Out of 5 patients, CD13 and CD33 coexpression in 3 patients and CD13 aberran expression in 2 patients were found. Myeloid antigen expression was found in 5 cases with B-cell ALL. Out of 5 patients with B-cell ALL, CD13, CD33, CD34 coexpression in 2 patients, CD 13 and CD33 coexpression in 1 patient and CD 13 aberran expression in 2 patients were found.

Erişkin akut lenfoblastik lösemide (ALL) immünofenotiplendirmenin klinik önemini tanımlamak amacıyla 15 ALL'li hasta (3 bayan, 12 erkek) retrospektif olarak incelendi. Bu amaçla, lenfoblastlarda tedaviden önce B-hücrelerine, T-hücrelerine ve myeloid antijenlere karşı monoklonal antikorlarla reaktivite kontrol edildi. Yedi vaka T-hücre ALL ve 8 vaka B-hücre ALL olarak tespit edildi. T-hücre ALL'lilerde 5 vakada myeloid antijen ekspresyonu vardı. Bunlardan 3'ünde CD13 ve CD33 birlikteliği varken, geri kalan 2'sinde sadece CD13 aberran ekspresyonu vardı. B-hücre ALL'lilerde ise 5 vakada myeloid antijen ekspresyonu vardı.
