Abstract
Prostaglandins, one of the autocoid groups that make a positive effect on wound healing and epithelisation, are known. Epithelisation and healing on split thickness skin grafts donor areas are hopefully expected in a short time without complication. Cerviprost® gelwhich includes natural PGE2 (Dinoproston) was compared with Rifamplicin (Rifocin® + Nitrofurazon (Furacin®) mesh gause dressing which is one of the dressing method used in Plastic Surgery Clinics, on the donor sites of the split grafts. Epithelisation time, pain, infection are evaluated. After that, we were noted that closed dressing with PGEl was superior to the other dressing method in this study.

Bir otakoid grubu olan Prostaglandinlerin yara iyileşmesi ve epitelizasyon üzerine etkileri bilinmektedir. Deri grefti alanlarının mümkün olan en kısa sürede ve komplikasyonsuz epitelize olması istenir. Kısmi kalınlıkta deri greftlerinin donör alanlarında klasik bir pansuman yöntemi olan ve kliniğimizde de uygulanan Rifampisin (Rifocin®, Lepetit) - Nitrofurazon (Furacin®, Norwich, Eaton) mesh gause pansumanı ile doğal PGE2 içeren obstetrik ajan olan Dinoproston (Cerviprost®, Organon) Gel pansumanını karşılaştırdık. İyileşme süresi, enfeksiyon, ağrı gibi kriterler göz önünde alındığında PGE2'U kapalı pansumanın diğer yönteme üstün olduğunu gözledik.
