Abstract

As in the world number of impotence cases treated by penile prothesis are incresing in our country. Plastic surgery and urology confront with different complications by different types of prothesis. We present a case of distal penile pressure necrosis as a complication of semirigid prothesis which was treated by bilateral random inguinal flaps.

Özet

Dünyada yaygın olan penis protezi ile empotans tedavisi ülkemizde de artmaktadır. Üroloji ve 64-69 Pistik cerrahi uzmanlarınca uygulanan penis protezlerinin değişik tiplerinin farklı komplikasyonları görülmektedir. Biz semirijid penis protezi uygulamasından sonra görülebilen bası nekrozu komplikasyonunun random inguinal fleplerle onarımına ait bir olgumuzu sunduk.
