Abstract

Iridodialysis is separation of the iris root from the ciliary body and it occurs mostly after blunt trauma applied to the globe. It is usually accompanied by traumatic cataract. In the present paper, a new surgical technique was explained for both cataract surgery and iridodialysis repair using the same tunnel incision.

Özet

İridodiyaliz genellikle gözün maruz kaldığı künt travma sonrası iris kökünün silier cisimden ayrılmasıdır. Sıklıkla beraberinde travmatik katarakt da gelişmektedir. Bu makalede aynı tünel girişinden hem katarakt cerrahisi hem de iridodiyaliz tamirinin nasıl gerçekletirildiği yeni bir cerrahi teknik anlatılmıştır.
