Abstract

Vascular transformation of lymph node sinuses is a rare disorder characterized by conversion of nodal sinuses into capillary-like channels, often accompanied by fibrosis. The most frequently involved sites are intra-abdominal nodes and it may involve single and multiple lymph nodes in a diffuse or segmental pattern. We present a case of vascular transformation of lymph node sinuses diagnosed in intra-abdominal lymph nodes of a 54 year- old-man without an obvious cause of lymphovascular obstruction.
