Abstract

Rudimentary horn results from a defect in mullerian fusion during fetal development and that may accompany unicornuate uterus. Ectopic pregnancy in rudimentary horn is a life threatening condition. Differential diagnosis is usually made after rupture. Standart treatment is excision of rudimentary horn. In this report we summarized a pregnant woman who was admitted to emergency unit with severe abdominal pain and syncope. Physical examination and ultrasonography revealed that there was a ruptured ectopic pregnancy because of internal bleeding. Emergency laparotomy and exicision of the rudimentary horn with ectopic pregnancy were performed

Özet

Güdük boynuz, fetal gelişim süresince Müllerian kanalın füzyon defekti olup tek boynuzlu uterusa eşlik eden bir anomalidir. Güdük boynuz gebeliği, hayatı tehdit eden bir durumdur. Tanısı genellikle rüptür sonrası konur. Standart tedavi yöntemi, cerrahi olarak güdük boynuzun çıkarılmasıdır.Acil servise şiddetli karın ağrısı ve bayılma şikayeti ile başvuran bir gebenin fizik muayene ve ultrasonografik incelemesinde, karıniçi kanama nedeniyle yırtılmış dış gebelik düşünüldü. Acil laparatomi ile güdük boynuz gebeliği eksize edildi
