Abstract

Rosai-Dorfman Disease with an unknown etiology is a rare disease. The disease which has wide clinical spectrum between spontaneous remission and lethal vital organ involvement generally effects head and neck region. In this paper a young patient diagnosed as Rosai-Dorfman Disease was presented with clinical follow-up and discussed under literature knowledge.

Özet

Rosai-Dorfman Hastalığı sebebi bilinmeyen nadir bir hastalıktır. Spontan remisyon ile ölümcül vital organ tulumu arasında değişen klinik spektruma sahip olan bu hastalık sıklıkla baş ve boyun bölgesini tutar. Bu yazıda baş boyun bölgesini tutan Rosai-Dorfman hastalığı tanısı almış genç bir hastanın klinik takibi sunulmuş ve literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.
