Abstract

Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(InSAR) Technique has begun to develop in last years. This method uses Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images. By the help of InSAR, DEM (Digital Elevation Model) of any area and deformation of any area that was caused by any reason can be determined with medium resolution and accuracy. If the method that had been used up to now compared with the InSAR, even if InSAR gives deformation in the line of sight of sattelite, it can supply medium resolution and accurate data for the whole area.
