Abstract

Gastric diverticula are very rare and most are located near the cardia. They are generally congenital, asymptomatic and incidentally diagnosed at endoscopy or radiographic examination. Prepyloric diverticula are very rare and usually acquired. We present herein a patient with congenital prepyloric diverticulum causing a diagnostic problem at endoscopy.
