Abstract

Negative pressure pulmonory edema (NPPE),followed by upper airway obstruction is one of the early postoperative complications. We present a case of NPPE that occured after general anesthesia for cervical discectomy.

Özet

Negatif basınçlı akciğer ödemi (NBAÖ), üst havayolu obstrüksiyonunıı takiben gelişen erken postoperatif komplikasyonlardan biridir. Servikal diskektomi nedeniyle genel anestezi sonrası ortaya çıkan NBAÖ olgusunu sunduk.
