Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the effects of local sport massage on blood lactate level, blood pressure and heart rate after maximal exercise. A total of 10 male Students in School of physical education (mean age: 22.4 years, mean height: 178.1cm, mean weight: 73.7 kg) were voluntarily participated in to this study. In the first day of study, resting blood lactic acid level, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and heart rate of subjects were measured by standardized laboratory tests.

Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı, maksimal egzersiz sonrası uygulanan lokal spor masajının kan laktat düzeyi, kan basıncı ve kalp atım sayısı üzerindeki etkilerini belirlemektir.
