Abstract

This study was carried out to determine the effects of Zn applications .from soil and foliar at different levels on some physical characters (fruit width, length, pulp thickness, ostiol width, fruit weight, volume, density) which revealed the market value of Sanlop fresh fruits. In experiment which was conducted with five replications, Zn applications were made from soil (0-100-200-400-600 g/tree) and from foliar (%0-0.05-0.10-0.15-0.20) in three times as $ZnSO_4 7H_20$ for both applications. It was found that Zn applications from soil and foliar caused to be significant differences for maximum fruit -width, fruit index, neck length, pulp thickness, fruit weight, volume and density and soil application was more effective in comparison with foliar application.
