The people who had in the villages of Vraşno and Kastro, Grebene district, Manastır city became emigrant and a part of necessary migration in accordance with decissions taken in Lozan Conferance. After the though migration Grebene emigrants to the İzmir, they were decided first to be accomodated in Malatya. However they were decided to be accomodated to Denizli and Honaz with some changes on the decisions. While planned that 82 of 529 hauseholds would be placed to Honaz between 1924–30, only 70 hauseholds had been dwelt to there. Yunanistan’ın Manastır Vilayeti, Grebene Kazası, Vraşno ve Kastro köylerinde yaşayan insanlar, Lozan Konferansında alınan kararlar doğrultusunda mübadil olmuşlar ve zorunlu göçün bir parçası haline gelmişlerdir. Zorlu bir göçün ardından İzmir’e getirilen Grebene mübadillerinin, Malatya’da iskân edilmeleri planlanmış iken, son anda gerçekleşen bir değişiklik ile Denizli ve Honaz’da iskânlarına karar verilmiştir. Denizli’ye mübadele dönemi olarak ele aldığımız 1924–1930 yılları arasında gelen 529 haneden 82 hanenin Honaz’da yerleştirilmesi planlanmış ise de 70 hane Honaz’da iskân olunmuştur. Honaz’a geldikten sonra karşılaştıkları birçok sorunu zaman içerisinde aşmış olan mübadiller, Honaz’ın heterojen yapısının homojenleşmesine etki yapmıştır
