Abstract

The main aim of this article is to examine the relationship between military effectiveness and Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) practices, getting more and more widespread with the end of the Cold War. CIMIC practices, which have maintained their presence ever since 2nd World War, have gained impetus for the last two decades as a result of radical transformation in the role of civilians on the theather of operations. Thus, the planners aiming at reaching end state by means of as minimum input as possible have began to exploit CIMIC that is part of non-kinetic elements as a force multiplier. This article, from this point forth, examines the relationship between CIMIC and military effectiveness by means of a model and based.
