Over the course of history, Türkiye and Saudi Arabia have developed various forms of cooperation in the fields of trade, politics, defense, and culture. The latest milestone in this process was the joint declaration issued in 2023 to strengthen academic collaboration between the universities of the two countries. However, the transformation of such initiatives into tangible scholarly outcomes ultimately depends on the individual efforts of researchers and the institutional commitment of universities. In this context, the present study aims to make a modest yet concrete contribution to this growing academic cooperation. The study presents a bibliographic compilation of journal articles on Arabic poetry authored by scholars affiliated with the Departments of Arabic Language, Literature, and Rhetoric in the faculties of theology in Saudi Arabia. To this end, all issues of the three most productive Saudi academic journals in the field of Arabic language published between 2006 and 2026 were systematically examined. Among 1,090 articles identified in the field of Arabic language, 166 directly related to Arabic poetry were selected, and their bibliographic records are presented together with both the original Arabic titles and their Turkish translations. The primary objective of this study is to provide Turkish researchers with a comprehensive overview of Arabic poetry scholarship produced in Saudi academia, facilitate the identification of new research topics, and foster future academic collaboration between scholars in the two countries. The findings indicate that Arabic poetry constitutes a vibrant area of research in Saudi academia, encompassing a wide chronological and thematic spectrum from the pre-Islamic period to modern literature. At the same time, the study reveals that sustained specialization on particular poets or thematic areas remains relatively limited, with most researchers tending to publish across diverse topics rather than concentrating on a single field of expertise.

However, the transformation of such initiatives into tangible scholarly outcomes ultimately depends on the individual efforts of researchers and the institutional commitment of universities.
