Özet
Amaç: Konjenital kifoskolyozlu hastalarda özellikle perkütan nefrolitotomi gibi PNL endoürolojik ameliyat endikasyonu olduğunda bu operasyon, hastaların bozuk ve tahmin edilemeyen anatomileri ve göğüs duvarında solunumu güçleştirecek değişiklikleri olması nedeniyle anesteziyoloji ve cerrahi açıdan zorlayıcı olabilmektedir.
