Primary muscular hydatid cysts comprise less than 0.5% of thecases in endemic populations. These cysts appear as slow-growingmasses of the soft tissue, sometimes with infl ammatory signs andfi stulization. In this report, we present three cases of primary muscularhydatid cyst in which preoperative diagnosis were achievedby characteristic radiological appearances of the cysts. Özet
Primer kas kist hidatidleri, endemik bölgelerde olguların %0,5’indendaha azını olușturmaktadır. Bu kistler, bazen enflamasyon bulgularıve fistülizasyon gösteren yavaș büyüyen kitleler olarak görülürler.Bu yazıda, kistlerin karakteristik radyolojik görünümleri ileoperasyon öncesi tanısı konulan primer kas kist hidatidli üç olguyusunuyoruz. Endemik bölgelerde iskelet kasına ait bir kistik lezyonunayırıcı tanısında primer kas kist hidatidi akılda bulundurulmalıdır.
