Amaç: Araştırma hemşirelik öğrencilerinin tükenmiş düzeyleri ve mesleki değerleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır.Çalışma Planı: Bu araştırma kesitsel ve tanımlayıcı tipte olup İzmir ilinde bir Hemşirelik Fakültesi’nin lisans öğrencileri n=469 ile Nisan-Haziran 2017 tarihi arasında yürütülmüştür. Veriler, Sosyo-Demografik Özellikler Bilgi Formu, Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri-Öğrenci Formu ve Hemşirelerin Mesleki Değerleri Ölçeği-Revize ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, iki bağımsız ortalama arasında ki farkın önemlilik testi, tek yönlü varyans ve korelasyon analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir.
