Abstract
27-year old male patient with an unusual metastasis of a mixed germ cell testicular carcinoma to the right atrium is presented. F-18 FDG PET/CT imaging revealed a primary lesion in the left testis, multiple lymph node metastases, and bilateral pulmonary lesions consistent with metastatic disease. Additionally, a hypermetabolic lesion was detected in the right atrium. Subsequent pathological examination confirmed that the right atrial lesion was a metastatic mixed germ cell tumor.
