Abstract

This study conducted a bibliometric analysis to examine the global development of academic publications on health management and vaccines using the Scopus database and VOSviewer program. Between 2001 and 2025, 425 publications were identified with the keywords "health management" and "vaccine," peaking in 2024 (66, 15.53%) and reaching the lowest in 2001 (2, 0.47%). The United States ranked first with 104 publications, while the most productive author was Fthenakis, G.C. from Greece (6 publications). The CDC contributed the most as an institution with 14 publications. The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated vaccine research, and most studies were in the field of medicine (55.88%). The findings highlight the growing importance of this field and its openness to international collaboration.
