The work, titled “Existence Comes from Existence: The Possibility of Philosophy in the Turkish Language,” by Prof. Dr. İrfan Görkaş, explains the possibility of philosophy in Turkish through theoretical explanations and various historical examples. Görkaş has created a pioneering work by considering Turkish as a language for the production of philosophy. Türk kültürünün temelinde Türk dili bulunmaktadır. Söz konusu dil, dünyanın en zengin dillerinden birini oluşturmaktadır. Bu dil, pek çok alanda kullanılmaktadır. Türk dilinin felsefe alanında kullanımı ise pek irdelenmeyen bir konu olduğu gibi Türk diliyle felsefe yapmak da pek akla getirilmemiştir. Bu çalışmada incelenen eser, tam da sözü edilen bu konular üzerinde durmaktadır. Türk dilinde felsefenin mümkün olup olmadığını sorgulayan çalışma, alanda giriş ve başlangıç çalışması olarak değerlendirilebilir. Prof. Dr. İrfan Görkaş tarafından oluşturulan “Varlık Vardan Gelir: Türk Dilinde Felsefenin İmkanı” başlıklı eser, teorik açıklamaların yanı sıra muhtelif tarihsel örneklerle Türk dilinde felsefenin mümkün olduğunu açıklamaktadır. Görkaş, Türkçeyi felsefe üretim dili olarak ele alarak bu konuda öncü bir çalışma meydana getirmiştir.
