ABSTRACT This study compares the entrance exam programmes for master's degrees in cello education at the State Conservatories of Hacettepe, Dokuz Eylül, Akdeniz, Çukurova, Istanbul, Mimar Sinan, Anadolu and Ankara universities. It also compares the curricula and graduation exam programmes of these institutions. The most significant feature of this study is that the authors have produced a comprehensive comparative document by accessing and compiling historical and current archives. This research also serves as a follow-up to the authors’ previous studies on Music and Performing Arts High Schools and Undergraduate Cello Curricula in the literature. This research is anticipated to benefit candidates who have completed their undergraduate education and wish to pursue graduate studies. In addition, it has been prepared as a joint-use document within the scope of accreditation studies.
Özet
ÖZ Bu araştırmada, konservatuvarlarda viyolonsel yüksek lisans eğitimi veren; Hacettepe Üniversitesi, Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi, Akdeniz Üniversitesi, Çukurova Üniversitesi, İstanbul Üniversitesi, Mimar Sinan Üniversitesi, Anadolu Üniversitesi ve Ankara Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarlarının yüksek lisans giriş sınav programları, eğitim süresince müfredatlarında yer alan eserler ve mezuniyet sınav programları karşılaştırılmaktadır. Çalışmanın en önemli özelliği, öğretim elemanlarının kişisel arşiv ve dokümanlarını gönüllü olarak yazarlarla paylaşmaları sonucunda karşılaştırmalı, güncel ve bütüncül bir dokümanın ortaya konulmasıdır. Ayrıca araştırma, yazarlara ait lise ve lisans müfredatlarına ilişkin literatüre girmiş önceki çalışmaların tamamlayıcısı olma niteliğindedir. Araştırmadan, lisans eğitimlerini tamamlamış ve lisansüstü eğitimine devam etmek isteyen adayların yararlanması beklenmektedir. Ayrıca, akreditasyon çalışmaları kapsamında ortak kullanım için hazırlanmıştır.
