Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of organizational health on employees’ entrepreneurial behavior and test the mediating role of job satisfaction in this relationship. This study is based on data collected from 408 employees working in service sector firms in Türkiye. Designed within a quantitative research framework, this study adopted a cross-sectional and correlational design. The data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS through descriptive statistics, group difference tests, confirmatory factor analysis, structural model testing, and mediation analysis. The findings revealed that organizational health has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior. Additionally, the direct effect of organizational health on entrepreneurial behavior was found to be significant. The mediation analysis showed that job satisfaction partially mediated this relationship. The results indicate that healthy organizational environments strengthen employee attitudes and support entrepreneurial behavior.
