Abstract

Endodontic treatment of permanent teeth with immature root formation is hard due to open apices. According to literature review, it was observed that there was no reached consensus on the most appopriate treatment procedure although various treatment modalities were performed on permanent teeth with immature root formation. The aim of this review was to evaluate treatment protocols used in revascularization up to date, recent applications such as tissue engineering and current approaches in stem cell.
