Abstract
This systematic review evaluated postgraduate nursing theses addressing fatigue among patients with heart disease in Türkiye. A search of the Turkish National Thesis Center identified 16 eligible theses, of which 62.5% were master’s theses and 37.5% were doctoral dissertations. Research designs varied, and the Piper Fatigue Scale was the most frequently used instrument. Non-pharmacological nursing interventions, including education, physical activity, breathing exercises, reflexology, and aromatherapy, reduced fatigue and improved quality of life and functional capacity. Age, education level, chronic disease, dyspnea, polypharmacy, and low physical capacity were associated with fatigue. Although these theses provide important findings, further comprehensive studies are needed to evaluate the long-term effects of these interventions.
Tezlerin %62.5’i yüksek lisans, %37.5’i doktora tezi olup araştırma tasarımları çeşitlilik göstermektedir. Yorgunluk değerlendirmesinde en sık Piper Yorgunluk Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Eğitim, fiziksel aktivite, nefes egzersizi, refleksoloji ve aromaterapi gibi non-farmakolojik hemşirelik girişimlerinin yorgunluğu azalttığı; yaşam kalitesi ve fonksiyonel kapasiteyi artırdığı belirlenmiştir. Yaş, eğitim düzeyi, kronik hastalık, dispne, polifarmasi ve düşük fiziksel kapasite yorgunlukla ilişkili bulunmuştur. Sonuç olarak tezler önemli bulgular sunmakla birlikte, müdahalelerin uzun dönem etkilerini değerlendiren kapsamlı çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır.
