Material and Method: The  data of the cases treated with GH were evaluated retrospectively. Diagnoses, ages, genders,  GH treatment doses, pre and post-treatment antropometric measurements, pubertal status,  growth rate, height velocity, target adult heights (TAH), predicted adult height (PAH) and  bone ages (BA) were recorded. Findings: Among the total of 347 patients (female/male:  232/115), the number of patients treated for isolated GH deficiency, multiple hypophyseal  hormone deficiency (MHHD), Turner Syndrome (TS) and other diagnoses were 255, 41, 30  and 21, respectively. The mean beginning age of the treatment, duration of the treatment,  SDS of height before the treatment, SDS of height after the treatment, TAH SDS, Δheight SDS  and ΔPAH SDS were found as 11.2±2.67 years, 3.7±1.87 years, -3.5±1.11, -2.21±1.01, -1.16±0.8,  1.25±1.05, 0.63±1.46, respectively. The mean GH dose was 0.028 mg/kg/day. Statistically significant differences between height SDSs and PAH SDSs of all patients before and after the  treatment were detected. The highest height velocity of the patients was detected during the  first year of the treatment and it decreased gradually during following years. While the highest  height velocity rate was determined in MHHD group, the lowest height velocity rate was found  in patients with TS after treatment. The highest gaining of height was also found in MHHD  group. The height gains were better in prepubertal groups compared to pubertal groups.  Conclusion : The highest height velocity was detected at the first year of GH treatment. The  best response to the GH therapy was obtained in the patients with MHHD. Patients who had  lower height SDS and lower BA before the GH treatment, and younger age at the beginning of  the treatment have shown better response to GH therapy. Keywords: (3-5 Words):  Growth Hormone, Growth Hormone Therapy, Isolated Growth Hormone  Deficiency, Multipl Pituitary Hormone Deficiency, Turner Syndrome.
