Some diseases thought to be related with dysbiosis  are the following: Gastrointestinal disorders (short bowel syndrome, helicobacter  pylori infection, necrotizing enterocolitis, diarrhea, constipation, irritable bowel  syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease), some cancers, allergic diseases, non-alcoholic  steatohepatitis, cholelithiasis, some psychological diseases (anxiety, depression, autism  spectrum disorder, alcohol addiction, cognitive disorders, schizophrenia and irritable  bowel syndrome), metabolic diseases (obesity, type 2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome).  Future studies to be held related to formation of microbiota, the factors affecting  microbiota and the results of alterations in microbiota are needed in order to find  answers for things in the dark and to vanish the question marks Keywords: (3-5 Words):  Microorganism, microbiota, metabolic diseases

Özet

Süper Organ Mikrobiyota ve Obezite   Özet (≤250 KELİME) Vücudumuzdaki hücrelerin sayısının yaklaşık 10 katı kadar mikroorganizma  mikrobiyotayı oluşturmaktadır. Mikrobiyota oluşumunda intrauterin dönemden  itibaren pek çok faktör rol oynamaktadır. Bebeğin doğum şekli, anne sütü veya formula  ile beslenmesi, gestasyon yaşı, bireyin beslenme alışkanlıkları ve antibiyotik-prebiyotik probiyotik tedavisi alıp almadığı mikrobiyotayı etkilemektedir. Mikrobiyotada  çeşitli nedenlerle oluşan disbiyozis durumunda bireyin bazı hastalıklara yakalanma r iskinin artmış olabileceği düşünülmektedir. Disbiyozis ile ilişkili olduğu düşünülen bazı hastalıklar şunlardır: Gastrointestinal sistem hastalıkları (kısa barsak sendromu,  helicobacter pylori enfeksiyonu, nekrotizan enterokolit, diyare, konstipasyon, irritabl  barsak sendromu, inflamatuvar barsak hastalığı), bazı kanserler, allerjik hastalıklar,  nonalkolik karaciğer yağlanması, kolelitiazis, bazı psikolojik hastalıklar (anksiyete, depresyon, otizm spektrum bozukluğu, alkol bağımlılığı, bilişsel işlev bozuklukları,  şizofreni ve irritabl barsak sendromu), metabolik hastalıklar (obezite, tip 2 diyabet,  metabolik sendrom). Bilinmeyenlerin cevaplanması ve soru işaretlerin yok edilmesi  adına mikrobiyota oluşumu, mikrobiyotayı etkileyen etmenler ve mikrobiyotadaki  değişimlerin sonuçlarıyla ilgili yapılacak yeni çalışmalara ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Anahtar Kelimeler: (3-5 Kelime):  Mikroorganizma, mikrobiyota, metabolik hastalıklar.   Super Organ Microbiota and Obesity   Abstract (≤250 WORDS) Microbiota consists of microorganisms about 10 times of the number of cells in our  body. In the formation of microbiota, a lot of factors have roles in from the intrauterine  period. Delivery method of infant, feeding with breast milk or formula, age of gestation,  food habits and using antibiotic-prebiotic-probiotic influence microbiota. It is thought  that the risk of having diseases may increase in case of dysbiosis in microbiota  stemming from various reasons.
