There are philosophical depths of each language and expressions of the world of wisdom. The source of rich wisdom in Turkish is coming from both written (from Orkhon inscriptions to now) and folklore literature. In this point of view, it is important to explain and teach the philosophy of Turkish education and bacis information. Turkish society enriches this treasure of wisdom with their cultural values of writing and oral literature. This wisdom in Turkish important in the education and training process. This article is going to real with the transfering of the training process.

Her dilin felsefî derinliği, hikmet dünyasının ifade biçimleri vardır. Türkçenin de hem yazılı edebiyat kaynaklı (Orhun Abidelerinden günümüze kadar) hem de halk edebiyatı kaynaklı zengin bilgelik, dünya bakış serveti bulunmaktadır. Bu açıdan eğitim ve öğretimde Türkçenin felsefesinin açıklanması, temel bilgilerin verilmesi de ayrı bir önem taşımaktadır. İster yazılı ister sözlü edebiyatta Türkler; hayata, insana, zamana yönelik kelamları ve özdeyişleriyle bu hikmet hazinesini zenginleştirmişlerdir. Türkçede gerçekleşen bu hikmetin ve bilgeliğin eğitim ve öğretim sürecinde arz ettiği önem mühimdir. Bu çalışmada da ana hatlarıyla kuramsal kaynaklara dayanarak bu mesele üzerinde durulmuştur.
