Abstract

The activities of a foreign educational staff and policy under the mandate of the administration of the indigenous society, the policy of alienating its own values and identity, and the results of these activities constitute the main action point of the study. So much so that the French education policy was made up of a small number of other French cities, notably Paris, but mostly from the military and civil servants of the French colonies, as well as the enlarged education staff. In this way, a process of alienation and differentiation against what exists over time through language, culture and education is initiated. This alienation was realized not only with Catholic France's schools but also with missionary schools opened by Russia, Italy, Germany, Orthodox England and the United States. This process is intended to be continued with practices that allow the language and culture existing in the region to be slowly but radically changed. The originality of the work was that a diary which had been preserved as Ottoman in Aleppo in 1935 was built on this criterion. Tarık Mumtaz received the remembrance from the daily folklore and provided remarkable information about the French education system, politics and activities of the period.
