Abstract

Birth as conjoined twins is a rare condition with a rate of 1/200.000. One of these conjoined twins is omphalopagus type conjoined twins. We aimed to present anesthesia management of omphalopagus type conjoined twins with VSD (Ventricular Septal Defect) in one of 8-day-old twins.
