Abstract
In this study, total anticytomegalovirus (ACMV) IgM and IgG antibodies were researched by ELISA method in the serum samples of296 pregnant women who presented and/or hospitalized in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic of school of medicine, University of Atatürk, Erzurum-Turkey, between January 1991 and February 1992. Two hundred seventy-eight ( 93.92 %)of the serum samples were seropozitive. In 252 (84.46 % ) of them A CMV IgG and in 26 (8.78 %) A CMV IgG + IgM were detected. Eight-teen sera samples (6.08 %) were found to be seronegative. Absorbance levels of ACMV detected 252 sera samples were correlated with pregnancy period and age, and results were discussed. Özet
Bu çalışmada; 1991 Ocak-1992 Şubat ayları içerisinde Atatürk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın-Doğum Klinğinde yatan, ya da polikliniğine muayene için başvuran 296 hamile kadının serum örneklerinde, ELİSA yöntemi ile Sitomegalovirus (ACMV) IgMve IgG antikorları araştırılmıştır. Seropozitif çıkan toplam 278 (% 93.92) serum örneğinin 252 ' sinde (% 84.46) antisitomegalovirus (ACMV) IgG, 26'sında (% 8.78) ACMV IgG+lgM saptanmış, 18 (% 6.08) serum örneği ise séronégatif olarak belirlenmiştir. ACMV pozitif bulunan 252 serum örneğinin absorbons değerleri, gebelik dönemlerine ve yaşa göre değerlendirilmesi yapılıp sonuçları tartışılmıştır.
