Özet
Hepatit C virüsünün bulunmasından sonra yapılan pekçok çalışma, birçok immünolojik ve ekstrahepatik bulgu ve sendromun sık olarak hepatit C virüs infeksiyonuna eşlik ettiğini göstermiştir. Bu bulgu ve sendromların en sık görülenleri; serumda çeşitli otoantikor ve immun kompleksler, otoimmun tiroidit, tip II otoimmun hepatit, esansiyel mikst kriyoglobulinemi, Sjögren sendromu ve porfiria kutanea tardadır.
