Abstract

Özet
Bu çalışmamızda, lomber bölgede lipom yanlış tanısıyla ameliyata alınan, redükte olmayan lomber fıtıklı 45 yaşında kadın hastamızı sunuyoruz. Olgumuzda fıtık kesesi sigmoid kolonu içeriyordu ve boğulma veya obstrüksiyon yoktu. Anahtar kelimeler: Lomber fıtık, Sigmoid kolon, Boğulma, Lipom
