Abstract

In this study, a conventional hard-switching push-pull DC–DC converter topology is transformed into a resonant converter by employing a soft-switching technique. The governing circuit equations of the resulting resonant topology are systematically derived. An analytical model based on Modified Nodal Analysis (MNA) is developed to investigate the performance of the proposed soft-switching push-pull converter. Unlike the conventional push-pull configuration, the integration of a resonant tank enables Zero Current Switching (ZCS), which significantly reduces the thermal load and current stress on the semiconductor devices.

Özet

Bu çalışmada, geleneksel sert anahtarlamalı push-pull DA–DA dönüştürücü topolojisi, yumuşak anahtarlama tekniği kullanılarak rezonanslı bir dönüştürücüye dönüştürülmüştür. Elde edilen rezonanslı topolojinin devreyi tanımlayan temel denklemleri sistematik olarak türetilmiştir. Önerilen yumuşak anahtarlamalı push-pull dönüştürücünün performansını incelemek amacıyla, Genelleştirilmiş Düğüm Denklemleri tabanlı bir analitik model geliştirilmiştir. Simülasyon sonuçları, LC rezonans tankının eklenmesinin, sunulan grafiksel sonuçlarla açıkça gösterildiği üzere, geleneksel sert anahtarlama konfigürasyonuna kıyasla önemli avantajlar sağladığını ortaya koymaktadır.
