In today's conditions, the service sector operates based on a customer satisfaction-oriented working principle. Among the key factors that determine customer satisfaction are the quality of the service and product received, as well as the speed of access to them. Factors such as punctuality, fast and safe delivery are particularly emphasized in certain areas of the service industry. These factors, which are especially important in meeting customers' daily needs, have contributed to the growing prevalence of motorcycle courier work. This study explores the working conditions and challenges faced by motorcycle couriers employed in the delivery sector in the Menteşe district of Muğla, using qualitative research techniques. A snowball sampling method was employed, and in-depth interviews were conducted with forty-five voluntary participants using a semi-structured interview form. Thematic analysis was conducted and interpreted through field notes obtained from participatory observations. Günümüz şartlarında hizmet sektörü müşteri memnuniyeti temelli çalışma prensibiyle işlemektedir. Müşteri memnuniyetini oluşturan faktörlerin başında alınan hizmet ve ürünün kalitesi ve bunlara ulaşma süresi oldukça önemlidir. Dakiklik, hızlı ve güvenli teslimat gibi kimi faktörler hizmet sektörünün bazı alanlarında dikkat edilen faktörlerdendir. Müşterilerin özellikle gündelik ihtiyaçlarını gidermede önemli olan bu faktörler motokuryelik gibi bir çalışma alanın da gittikçe yaygınlaşmasını getirmiştir. Bu çalışmada Muğla’nın Menteşe ilçesinde teslimat sektöründe çalışan motokuryelerin çalışma koşulları ve karşılaştıkları sorunlar nitel araştırma tekniklerinden hareketle ele alınmıştır. Çalışmada kartopu örneklem kullanılmış ve kırk beş gönüllü katılımcıyla yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu özelinde derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Tematik analiz verileri katılımlı gözlemlerden elde edilen saha notları ile yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen en önemli bulgu, motokuryeliğin, işe alımda gerekli ehliyete sahip olma dışında önemli bir kriterinin olmaması ve kısa sürede bol kazanç elde etme olanağı ile genç ve bekar erkeklerin yoğunlaştığı bir alan haline geldiğidir.
