Abstract
An overlapping fifth toe is rarely seen in all foot deformities. In this deformity, the position of the fifth toe is adducted, supinated and hyperextended. Patients usually apply to hospital for cosmetic reasons. We report fifth finger deformity of foot, which was treated with modified lapidus method.

Overlapping 5. Parmak deformitesi, ayak deformiteleri arasında nadir görülen deformitelerden biridir. Bu deformitede ayak 5. Parmağı, adduksiyon, supinasyon ve hiperekstansiyon pozisyonundadır. Hastalar, genellikle kozmetik nedenlerle başvurmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, modifiye lapidus yöntemi ile tedavi edilen ayak 5. parmak defortmiteli olgu sunulmaktadır.
