Bu çalışmada Leghorn ırkı günlük, 2 haftalık, i aylık ve 2 aylık hayvanlara S. gallinarum 9 suşu 1,8x109CFU/M dozda,oralolarakkendiliğindenölenler dışında 12. günde ötanazi yapıldı.
