Abstract
This study aims to evaluate the level of compliance of hospitals' organizational charts with the Health Quality Standards (QSH) version 6.1 by examining the organizational charts on the websites of hospitals in Turkey. The study was conducted by examining the websites of hospitals operating in Turkey. The websites of the hospitals were accessed from the websites of the provincial health directorates. In cases where the provincial health directorate did not have the extensions of the hospitals' web pages, hospital names and web pages were accessed from the trhastane.com internet address. For the conduct of the study, 1463 hospitals were examined. The websites of 102 hospitals could not be accessed. In addition, the websites of 55 private hospitals are shared with other branches. Separate website assessments could not be made for these hospitals. Considering this situation, a total of 1306 hospitals were included in the study. In 35.29% (461) of these hospitals, the organization chart was not posted on the website. The number of hospitals that have an organizational chart in shape, but fully include horizontal and vertical hierarchy, coordination and integration points and delegation of authority is 25 (1.91%). Of the assessed hospitals, 64.70% (845) defined vertical hierarchy, 29.93% (391) horizontal hierarchy, 19.67% (257) coordination points, 22.28% (291) integration points, and 3.21% (42) delegation of authority. In addition to these data, 0.53% (7) of the hospitals defined outsourcing. It was determined that 91.34% (1193) of the hospitals that defined their organizational charts on the website were not defined in accordance with the QSH Hospital Version 6.1. As a result, it has been determined that the organizational structure of the majority of hospitals is not defined in accordance with the SKS Hospital Version 6.1 Set.

Bu çalışma Türkiye’deki hastanelerin web sitelerindeki organizasyon şemalarını inceleyerek hastanelerin organizasyon şemalarının Sağlıkta Kalite Standartları (SKS) sürüm 6.1’e uygunluk düzeyini değerlendirmeyi amaç edinmiştir. Çalışma Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren hastanelerin web sitelerinin incelenmesi yöntemiyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Hastanelerin web sitelerine il sağlık müdürlüklerin internet sayfasından ulaşılmıştır. İl sağlık müdürlüğünde hastanelerin web sayfalarının uzantılarının olmadığı durumlarda trhastane.com internet adresinden hastane adlarına ve web sayfalarına erişilmiştir. Çalışmanın yürütülmesi için 1463 hastane incelenmiştir. 102 hastanenin web sitesine erişilememiştir. Bunun yanı sıra, 55 özel hastanenin web sitesi, diğer şubelerle paylaşımlı olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu hastaneler için ayrı ayrı web sitesi değerlendirmesi yapılamamıştır. Bu durum dikkate alınarak, araştırmaya toplamda 1306 hastane dahil edilmiştir. Bu hastanelerin %35,29’unda (461) organizasyon şeması web sitesine konulmamıştır. Web sitesinde organizasyon şemalarını tanımlayan hastanelerin %91,34’ü (1193) SKS Hastane Sürüm 6.1’e uygun şekilde tanımlanmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak hastanelerin büyük çoğunluğunun organizasyon yapısının SKS Hastane Sürüm 6.1 Setine uygun şekilde tanımlanmadığı tespit edilmiştir.
