Abstract

Between 1988-1992, 34 infectious necrotic hepatitis-suspected ovine specimens were brought from Middle Anatolia region Etlik Animal Diseases Research Institute. From 32 (94,11 %) specimens out of 34, Cl.oedematiens, from 1 (2,94 %) both Clostridium oedematiens and Clostridium septicum were isolated. From 1 (2,94 %) specimen no bacterial isolations were made.

1988- 1992 yılları arasında Etlik Hayvan Hastalıklan Araştırma Enstitüsü Bakteriyolojik Teşhis Laboratuanna Enfeksiyöz Nekrotik Hepatitis şüphesi ile gelen 34 koyun materyalinin 32'inde· (% 94, ll) Cl. oedematiens, birinde (% 2,94) Cl. oedematiens + Cl. septicum miksolarak izole edilmiş, bir materyalde de hiçbir bakteriyel İzolasyon yapılmamıştır.
