Abstract

This study were carried out to determine the antibiotic residues in milk and meat form food-producing animal. First the intertest method and than the Three Plates Test were applied to milk samples. The samples of meat, liver and kidney were inspected with Three Plates test. The specimens which gave positive results for Tetracycline were analysed by T.L.C. method, the specimens which were found to be positive and suspicious for Chloramphenicol were inspected by the application of Gas Chromatographic. Totally 2375 samples (consisted of 374 meat, 429 livers, 365 kidneys, 444 milk samples, 158 chicken livers, 605 chicken meat)were analysed. As a result, 78 samples were found positive by Intertest method. By using the Diffusion method, 652 samples, 90 samples and 218 were found positive for Penicillin, Chloranphenicol and Tetracycline respectively. By the analytical technique, 17 and 153 samples were found positive for Chloramphenicol and Tetracycline respectively.

Sütlerde önce İntertest sonra Three Plate Test uygulandı.
