Abstract

Urinary tract infections UTI are frequently at geriatrics. Recently correspondence of these infections with asymtomatic bacteruria ASB was been frequently questionared.160 resindent of Yeşılyurt nursery home were undertaken this study; ASB were seen in 35 of them 21.8 % . In order of frequency bacteriae were; E. coli 68.6% , K. pneumoniae 17.1% , K. oxytoca 11.4% , P. mirabilis 2.9% . Ampicilline, amoxicilline clavulonate, TMP-SXT, amicasine, ceftazidime, ceftriaxone, aztreoname susceptibility were tested. K.pneumonia was the most resistant bacteria to TMP-SXT and ampicilline 100% . E.coli resistance rates were 70.8% for ampicilline, 50% for TMP-SXT, 33.3 % for ciprofloxacine

E.coli’lerin % 70.8’i ampisiline, %50’si TMP-SXT’ye, %33.3’ü siprofloksasine dirençli bulundu
