\r\n Küspe ve sabun ayçiçek yağı sanayiinin yan ürünleridir. Sabun çok az miktarda elde edildiğinden muhasebe açısından ihmal edilmektedir. Küspe ise %57 verimliliğinde elde edilen değerli bir yan ürün olduğundan muhasebe kaydına alınmalıdır. Bu çalışmadaki amacımız ayçiçek yağı üretimi yapan firmaların üretim sürecini tanıtmak ayrıca küspenin muhasebe kayıtlarına alınmasını örnek olay yardımıyla incelemektir.\r\n
