Abstract
\r\n Science being an integral with technology carries understanding of the science related disciplines to an important point. Understanding of the natural world is made possible by observations and experiments. Detecting events in the universe and making predictions about the future of mankind hava been the purpose all along. Working constantly to search the events taking place in the universe is related to Physical Science. The purpose of this study was to measure attitudes towards the field of physics for secondary school students to develop an attitude scale. Working in the center of Kayseri Province in the 2010-2011 academic studying five high school students was carried out with 303. The scale to measure attitudes and 12 negative, 18 positive consists of a total of 30 items. Study studies, scales used established scale with selected ingredients. Selected items based on expert opinions, re-compiled. Data were analyzed with the SPSS 17.0 package program. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient was found approximitely 0.940 of the generated scale.\r\n

\r\n Teknoloji ile bilimin ayrılmaz bir bütün olması bilimi ve onun disiplinlerinin kavranmasını önemli bir noktaya taşımaktadır. Doğal dünyanın kavranması gözlemler ve deneyler ile mümkün olmaktadır. Evrende gelişen olayları algılamak ve geleceğe dair kestirimler yapmak öteden beri insanoğlunun amacıdır. Çalışma evrende meydana gelen olayları sürekli araştıran Fizik Bilimi ile ilgilidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, ortaöğretim öğrencilerinin fizik alanına yönelik tutumlarını ölçmeye yönelik bir tutum ölçeğinin geliştirilmesidir. Çalışma 2010-2011 eğitim-öğretim yılında Kayseri ili merkezinde bulunan beş lisede okuyan 303 öğrenci ile yürütülmüştür. Ölçek, tutum ölçmeye yönelik 12'si olumsuz, 18'i olumlu olmak üzere toplam 30 maddeden oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmada çalışmalarında kullandıkları ölçeklerden seçilen maddeler ile ölçek oluşturulmuştur. Seçilen maddeler uzman görüşleri alınarak yeniden derlenmiştir. Oluşturulan ölçeğe ait Cronbach Alpha güvenilirlik katsayısı 0,940 olarak bulunmuştur.\r\n
