\r\n Bu araştırmada, 'Maslow'un Tükenmişlik Ölçeği' kullanılarak Meslek Yüksekokulu öğrencilerinin Tükenmişlik Düzeyleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, daha önceden Türkçeye çevrilmiş olan 'Maslow'un Tükenmişlik Ölçeği' ile Hakkari Sağlık Hizmetleri MYO'da okuyan öğrencilerin Tükenmişlik, Öz Yeterlik ve Kendine olan Güven, düzeyleri bazı demografik değişkenler de göz önünde bulundurularak belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, SPSS paket programı, F ve t testi yardımıyla hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda öğrencilerin, Tükenmişlik düzeylerinin beklenenin üstünde olduğu, Kendilerine Güvenlerinin ise beklenin altında olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarından hareketle öğrencilerin bir üniversiteye yerleştikten sonra ileriki yaşamları ile ilgili daha bilinçli hale geldikleri ve yaşadıkları bazı olumsuzlukların onları karamsarlığa sürüklediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.\r\n
