\r\n Muhasebe kültürü alanında yapılan çalışmaların teorik altyapısı Hofstede’in sınıflamasına bağlı kalarak Gray tarafından oluşturulmuştur. Daha sonra gibi araştırmacılar Gray’in öne sürdüklerini deneysel olarak test etmeye çalışmışlardır. Bu çalışmalarda kullanılan hedef kitle, araştırma yöntemi, denek grubu ve kullanılan analiz yöntemleri çeşitlilik göstermektedir. Bu çalışmada muhasebe kültür alanında yapılmış bazı çalışmalar seçilerek kullanılan yöntem, denek gurubu ve analiz yöntemleri açısından irdelenmiştir.\r\n İrdeleme sonunda görülmüştür ki en çok kullanılan yöntemler anket ve mülakat yöntemleridir.
