Özet

Öz Hâtıb b. Ebî Belteʻa, Hz. Peygamber’in getirdiği dini tasdik ederek “sahâbî” olma bahtiyarlığını elde eden kimselerdendi. Üstelik o, ilk iman eden ve Mekke’nin zorlu yıllarında inancından taviz vermeden dimdik duranlardandı. Hayatının merkezine Allah ve Rasûlünün sevgisini yerleştirdiğinden Hz. Peygamber’in yanından ayrılmadı. Hicret emri verildiğinde Mekke’den Medine’ye göç ederek “muhacir” unvanını aldı. Medine döneminde de cesaret ve fedakârlıktan ödün vermeyerek birçok gazve ve seriyyeye iştirak etti. Bedir, Uhud, Hendek, Beni Mustalik Gazvelerine ve Mekke’nin fethine katıldı. O, savaşlarda Hz. Peygamber’in seçkin okçularından birisiydi. Hâtıb, iyi bir savaşçı olduğu kadar iyi de bir elçiydi. Hz. Peygamber döneminde iki defa Hz. Ebû Bekir döneminde bir defa elçilik görevi yaptı. İlk elçiliği Hz. Peygamber ile Ümmü Seleme arasında meydana gelecek evlilik içindi. Daha sonra Hz. Peygamber onu Mısır kralı Mukavkıs’a yolladı. O elçilik görevini layıkıyla tamamladı ve döndü. Dönüşte Hz. Peygamber’e hediyeler getirdi. Bu hediyelerden birisi de Hz. Peygamber’in cariye eşi Mariye idi. Son elçiliği ise yine Mısır’a oldu. Hz. Abî Balta’ah was one of the Holy Probhet’s Sahaba. He was also prominent Companion. He didn’t leave the side of the Holy Probhet after faith. As the Holy Probhet he emigrated from Makkah to Medina. He attended that occured to war the period of Medina. He joined Ghazwa Badr, Uhud, Ditch, Bani Mustaliq and the conquest of Makkah. He was one of the Probhet’s archers. But before the conquest Mecca he tried to give information to the enemy. Hâtib, was a good fighter and also good ambassador. He made embassy mission twice period of Holy Probhet and once Hazrat Abu Bakr. The first of these was that Umm Salamah occured in marriage with Holy Probhet. Afterward, Holy Probhet sent him to Egpytian king Muqawqis. He adequately completed the task of embassy and returned. He brought gifts in return to Holy Probhet. One of the gifts was Holy Probhet’s slave wife Mâriyah. His last embassy done to Egypt. Hazrat Abu Bakr sent him to Egypt second time as a embasyy.
